If its installing or upgrading systems, or arranging internet connectivity please call for a quotation.
When you call and arrange for an engineer to visit, you initially agree to pay for a one hour call out (just like you do with the plumber!). Within that time the problem may be fixed, or the work that needs to be carried out may be identified. You can then agree whether or not to go ahead, knowing the estimated cost for the remainder of the work required.
In some cases it may be easier to take the computer away for reconfiguration, in which case it will returned and reconnected for you.
In addition outstanding time paid for may be used to help you ensure that future problems don't occur.
Please note, we can not guarantee to recover all data. You will be informed of the consequences before action is taken by our engineer. Additional steps may be taken where possible to minimise data loss, but this can increase the time and cost. If you don't have adequate backup procedures in place, arrange for a visit to make sure that all of your valuable data is protected.
